jli1 does not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review, except where required by law or where you have provided explicit consent.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, jli1 processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary to perform the contract between you and jli1 — specifically, to provide you with access to the jli1 platform, process your bets and transactions, and manage your account.
• Legal Obligation: Processing is required to comply with jli1's legal obligations under Philippine law, including PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and the Data Privacy Act itself.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing is necessary for jli1's legitimate interests in operating a secure, fair, and commercially viable gaming platform — including fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring — provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Consent: For certain processing activities, such as sending you promotional communications or using non-essential cookies, jli1 relies on your freely given, specific, and informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

6. Data Sharing

jli1 may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other competent Philippine authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. jli1 will notify you of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.

6.4 Service Providers

jli1 engages third-party service providers to assist with platform operations, including cloud hosting, data analytics, customer support software, and fraud detection. These providers act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) under the Data Privacy Act and are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the specific services they provide to jli1.

6.5 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of jli1's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and the privacy practices of the acquiring entity before your data is transferred.

• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine financial regulations.
• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction, unless a longer period is required for ongoing dispute resolution.
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to two (2) years from collection, after which it is anonymized or deleted.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jli1 will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

9. Data Security

jli1 implements comprehensive technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

• TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and jli1's servers.
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored at rest, including identity documents and financial records.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, jli1 will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Players without undue delay, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and NPC regulations.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jli1:

• Right to be Informed: You have the right to be informed about how jli1 collects and processes your personal data, as described in this Policy.

11. Children's Privacy

The jli1 platform is strictly intended for persons who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. jli1 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If jli1 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all data will be deleted, and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

12. International Data Transfers

jli1 primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or international KYC verification services.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jli1 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act. jli1 will not transfer your personal data to a country that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without your consent or without appropriate contractual safeguards in place.

When material changes are made, jli1 will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
