To participate in Real Money Gaming on jli1, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on jli1. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. jli1 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jli1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jli1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
jli1 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jli1 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jli1 Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your Wallet. jli1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
By depositing funds into your jli1 Wallet, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. jli1 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
All transactions on jli1 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your payment provider's prevailing exchange rate will apply. jli1 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits where applicable.
jli1 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within sixty (60) minutes of submission under standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
jli1 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
jli1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including Wagering Requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
All bets placed on jli1 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. jli1's decision on all bet settlements is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
A bet is only accepted and valid once jli1 has confirmed acceptance and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your Wallet. jli1 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed published maximum stake limits or bets placed on markets that have been suspended.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, jli1 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes to Players' Wallets. jli1 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on jli1. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by jli1 at any time. The minimum bet on most markets is ₱10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and Player account status.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jli1 Platform:
jli1 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.
All content on the jli1 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of jli1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the jli1 Platform without the prior written consent of jli1. Unauthorized use of jli1's intellectual property may result in legal action.
jli1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in jli1's Privacy Policy.
jli1 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties. Your data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and payment processors where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jli1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, system downtime, or third-party service interruptions.
jli1's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jli1 Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jli1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your jli1 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance in your Wallet (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
jli1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where jli1 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that jli1 deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its Players. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, jli1 may forfeit all funds held in the Account.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to jli1's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
jli1 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Any complaints relating to jli1's compliance with PAGCOR regulations may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
jli1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jli1 will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.1.
